EOG Encouragement Letters for Students
As EOG testing gets closer, we are excited to open up the opportunity for EOG Encouragement Letters! Parents, grandparents, and other special people are invited to submit a short letter or message for their student to read before testing. These notes are a wonderful way to remind students that they are loved, supported, and ready to do their best. Submission links will cut off two days before testing begins.

We are quickly approaching the End of the Year Testing Window!
Kindergarten through Second Grade End of Year testing includes Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) Reading Fluency and MAP Growth in both Reading and Math. Third Graders will be assessed in reading with MAP Growth for Read to Achieve legislation requirements.
Third, Fourth and Fifth Graders will be assessed in reading and math with the End of Year End of Grade tests (EOG).
In addition to reading and math, Fifth Grade will complete the End of Year (EOG) for science. Please mark your calendars for the following events.

We are also making a calendar adjustment. Friday, February 13, and Monday, February 16, originally scheduled as workdays, will now be regular instructional days for students.

We hope everyone stays safe, warm, and enjoys another cozy snow day!
We look forward to seeing our students back soon.

This will be an Optional Workday for staff.
Stay safe and warm, Wildcats!

Students should complete the learning packet assignments for Day 3.
Completion of these assignments will count as attendance for the day.
We hope you are all continuing to stay safe and warm inside. See you soon Wildcats!

Remote Learning Day – Tuesday, January 27
Due to continued unsafe road conditions following the recent winter weather, Bethel Hill Charter School will have a Remote Learning Day for students and staff.

Please stay safe, stay warm, and thank you for supporting our Wildcats as they learn from home!

We encourage all families to stay safe and warm at home. If you have any questions regarding the packets, please contact your child’s teacher through Remind.

**Menu updates: Tuesday’s breakfast is now pancake or cereal and toast, lunch is now chicken sandwich or ham & cheese sub, sweet peas, tossed salad, and peaches. (Monday’s menu is going to replace Tuesday's)
