We have heard from a few families who received an automated reminder about the NC Health Assessment form while completing the enrollment acceptance process in Lotterease. We want to reassure everyone that this form is not required right now.
The NC Health Assessment is a state requirement that simply needs to be submitted within the first 30 days of school, and many families complete it during their child’s summer or back-to-school checkup.
At this time, the only step families need to complete is to log into Lotterease and accept (claim) their child’s seat. Once that step is completed, your child’s spot at Bethel Hill Charter School is secure.
Additional enrollment information and forms will be shared with families later this spring.
